SUPERWOMEN CIRCUIT
Get ready for a tough hour workout! Bring a towel!! This class is focused on circuit training – TABATA and HIIT for a full hour. Learn up to 50 exercises in an hour with non-stop sweating. Different circuits each class to give you the maximum results! You don’t want to miss this one! Lose weight, feel strong and great!
