This workout is great to tone up quickly! Get ready to box and work with kettle bells, equalizers, bosu and more for 1 full hour – always changing circuits to keep you seeing the best results!!! Get your sexy back!! Get stronger, leaner and feel fantastic! This workout is a tough one but so worth it!!
