Get ready to SWEAT with a full hour of total body exercises! These classes are focused on losing inches quickly!! If you love WOOT CAMP & SUPERWOMEN CIRCUIT this workout is for you!!  We will be using a variety equipment! Catch a morning workout to start off the weekend!!! Get ready to sweat and get summer ready!!!
