Woot Woot!! Get ready to feel the burn!! This workout is 1 hour of boxing and gliding mixed. This workout is great to shed weight fast and tone up quick. You will be working the whole body and every muscle group! It’s a sweaty workout but so worth it!! Bring a towel and get ready to work it!! You will love it!
